Achievements & Deliverables
This project successfully established a robust Enterprise Architecture (EA) foundation, starting with the definition of a comprehensive EA strategy and the preparation of a detailed EA improvement plan. Key achievements include gaining a clear, documented understanding of both the current ('As-Is') and desired future ('To-Be') state architecture across business, application, and infrastructure domains, and the precise identification of critical gaps and strategic opportunities through thorough analysis.
Deliverables encompass the formal EA framework and reference model documentation, comprehensive As-Is and To-Be models, a detailed gap analysis report, and a strategic transition plan with implementation roadmap. This collectively empowers the organization with a structured, actionable path for accelerated digital transformation, significantly enhancing its capability to achieve strategic digital objectives.
