Scope Of Work
This project was initiated to significantly enhance the IT services of King Saud University’s E-Transactions and Communications Deanship, focusing on better alignment with business needs, priorities, and objectives, and ensuring consistent, efficient, and effective service delivery.
The project involved providing ITIL Foundation Training to over 70 employees, conducting a full analysis and assessment of the ITSM system based on ITIL maturity, COBIT 5, and ISO 20000 standards, and the design and documentation of 26 ITIL processes compliant with ISO 20000 requirements. It also included efforts to assist the Deanship in establishing a leading service catalogue, as recognized in the Yasser assessment among KSA universities.
Achievements & Deliverables
This project successfully transformed the E-Transactions Deanship's IT services, achieving a new level of alignment with business objectives for consistent and efficient delivery. Key accomplishments include empowering over 70 employees with ITIL Foundation Training and conducting a rigorous ITSM system assessment against ITIL, COBIT 5, and ISO 20000 standards.
We further solidified operational excellence by designing and documenting 26 essential ITIL processes.
A significant highlight was enabling the Deanship to secure the top ranking for its service catalogue in the Yasser assessment among all KSA universities, setting a new benchmark for service quality and accessibility.
