The Saudi Water Authority regulate activities and services related to water operations, oversees them, and develops methodologies that contribute to achieving the objectives of the National Water Strategy in line with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.

Scope Of Work

Recognizing the pivotal role of information and technology in the digital era, alongside the inherent new risks, the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) has launched a strategic project to fortify its IT landscape.

This initiative is dedicated to enhancing and operationalizing both the Enterprise Architecture Office and the IT Governance model within SWCC’s IT Department. These critical efforts aim to mitigate information and technology-related risks, ensure the secure and efficient execution of tasks across all departments, and ultimately drive the organization’s profitability and long-term sustainability.

Achievements & Deliverables

Our initiatives have significantly advanced the digital transformation journey. We've successfully analyzed the current state of both enterprise architecture and governance, establishing a clear understanding of existing frameworks.
This analysis informed the development of a best practices roadmap and related frameworks. Furthermore, we've automated key enterprise architecture domains using the existing ARIS tool
Streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Continuous efforts are underway for the ongoing update of enterprise architecture standards and governance procedures.

A major milestone includes achieving NORA Level 3 certification, validating our commitment to digital excellence.
