Scope Of Work

This project aims to develop an IT Service Management (ITSM) framework along with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to standardize the provision and management of IT services.

Additionally, a change management plan will be created to ensure seamless transitions during IT changes, minimizing disruptions and resistance

Our recent strategic initiatives have culminated in the successful implementation of a robust IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, standardizing our service delivery and support processes.
