Scope Of Work
IT Operational Excellence (ITSM)
TAHAKOM company is seeking to hire ITSM experience, mandatory ITIL v3 Expert certification, and expertise in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, COBIT), IT operating model design, and operational excellence. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ITSM tool experience are essential, along with a relevant technical BSc and ideally an MBA.
IT Governance & Strategy
TAHAKOM company is seeking to outsource professional expertise in governing and assessing an ITSMS Framework based on COBIT, a thorough understanding of ITSMS Framework operations utilizing ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 9000 standards, knowledge of professional IT governance principles and relevant regulations, competence in CMMI implementation and assessment, and the ability to professionally document and implement processes.
CX Customer Experience & UX User Experience
TAHAKOM company is seeking a Customer Experience consultant who possesses a mandatory CX Certificate and a strong focus on strategically developing and implementing enhancements to user experience and customer journeys. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in UI design, interaction design, and relevant design software, alongside strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering is required, and an MBA is desirable.
Service Desk Institute
TAHAKOM was seeking to be accredited from SDI, SDI’s Service Desk Certification (SDC) program, the unique industry-standard accreditation specifically designed to ensure superior service desk quality. By adhering to its clear and measurable benchmarks for IT service operations, TAHAKOM will gain insights and improvements that uniquely complement areas often less detailed in frameworks like ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000. Built upon the esteemed European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model, this independent certification provides TAHAKOM with a robust benchmarking capability and a structured pathway for continuous service improvement, tangibly demonstrating the company’s unwavering dedication to global best practices and fostering essential skills development within its service and support teams.
