Scope Of Work
This workshop focused on enhancing IT governance capabilities within the Ministry of Education through COBIT 5 workshop for over 20 General Managers.
The primary objective was to equip leadership with a comprehensive understanding of IT governance principles, enabling them to strategically align IT with business objectives, optimize resource utilization, and improve decision-making processes.
This initiative underscores the Ministry’s commitment to fostering a robust IT governance framework and driving operational excellence across its digital landscape.
