Scope Of Work

This project involved the successful execution of an ITIL Foundation workshop for over 12 employees from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), specifically designed to equip participants with a foundational understanding of the ITIL framework.

The workshop aimed to introduce core IT service management concepts, terminology, and best practices, thereby fostering a common language and enhancing awareness of efficient service delivery principles tailored to SEC’s operational context.

This initiative serves as a crucial step in building a robust service-oriented culture and improving overall IT operational effectiveness within Saudi Electricity Company.

Achievements & Deliverables

This project successfully delivered an ITIL Foundation workshop to over 12 employees from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), a core deliverable that significantly enhanced participants' foundational understanding of ITIL core concepts, terminology, and best practices.
As a direct achievement, this initiative fostered a common service-oriented language across the SEC team and improved overall awareness of efficient IT service management principles
Thereby laying crucial groundwork for a more mature service culture and enhanced operational effectiveness within the organization.

The workshop also served to prepare participants for official ITIL Foundation certification, further solidifying their professional development and commitment to IT service excellence within Saudi Electricity Company.
