Alissa Group established in the 1940’s, by Abdulatif Alissa with a primary focus in textiles and food stuff trading, over the past decades, Alissa Group has developed into a diversified trading completed group.
Later , in the late 1940s, when the Kingdom was just trying to have a place for itself in the economy world map, Sheikh Abdullatif Al Issa noticed the enormous potential of this sector .
So he started by panning a strategy includes diversifying the company’s activities, trading in the global transportation sector as well as participating in the privet transportation sector .
Scope Of Work
This project focuses on delivering ITIL Foundation workshop to over 25 employees at ALISSA AUTO. The primary objective is to equip participants with a fundamental understanding of the ITIL framework, including its core concepts, terminology, and principles for effective IT service management.
This initiative aims to foster a common service-oriented language, enhance awareness of best practices across the organization, and lay the groundwork for improved service delivery and operational efficiency within ALISSA AUTO.
Achievements & Deliverables
This project successfully delivered comprehensive ITIL Foundation training to over 25 employees at ALISSA AUTO, equipping them with a standardized understanding of ITIL's core concepts, terminology, and principles for effective service management. Laying a crucial foundation for improved service delivery, operational efficiency, and a more mature IT environment within ALISSA AUTO. The primary deliverable was the successful completion of the ITIL Foundation training program for all participants, which included official course materials and preparation for potential certification.
