This project for the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) focused on the comprehensive automation of 15 key IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The core objective was to streamline and standardize these essential IT processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and improving service consistency.

This foundational work directly contributes to building a robust Service Management System (SMS) that aligns with international best practices, aiming to prepare SAPTCO for successful ISO 20000 certification and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable IT services.
