Scope Of Work

Our project aims to conduct a comprehensive audit of 15 key ITIL processes, assessing their current state, identifying areas of non-compliance, and uncovering inefficiencies.

The objective is to provide actionable recommendations and define specific improvement requirements that will optimize service delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall IT service management maturity.

This initiative will ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and contribute directly to improved organizational value and customer satisfaction.

Achievements & Deliverables

Our project delivered 15 detailed audit reports, one for each ITIL process, thoroughly outlining their current state, identified compliance gaps, and areas of inefficiency.
These individual findings were synthesized into a consolidated executive summary, providing a high-level overview of our ITIL landscape.

Most critically, we delivered a prioritized improvement plan complete with actionable recommendations and specific requirements for optimizing each process.
Through these efforts, we successfully established a clear baseline for our ITIL process maturity, precisely identified key areas for improvement, and ultimately provided a robust roadmap for enhancing IT services and overall operational efficiency.
