Scope Of Work
This workshop is designed to deliver ITIL Foundation training to over 8 employees from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
The core objective is to provide these participants with a foundational understanding of the ITIL framework, encompassing its key concepts, terminology, and principles for effective IT service management.
This initiative aims to cultivate a shared service-oriented language, elevate awareness of IT service management best practices within TVTC, and ultimately lay a robust groundwork for enhancing service delivery and optimizing operational efficiency across the organization.
