Enterprise Architecture – NORA Methodology

    • Methodology which helps the entities to develop the enterprise architecture in an accessible manner according to stages and steps that ensure good governance in application and compatibility with government work.
    • Enterprise Architecture (EA) layers provide a structured way to visualize and manage the complex components of an organization’s IT landscape. Here’s a brief overview of the common EA layers:
        • Business Layer:
          • Focuses on the organization’s business strategy, goals, processes, and organizational structure.
          • It defines what the business does and how it operates.

        • Application Layer:
          • Describes the software applications that support the business processes.
          • It defines how applications interact with each other and with the business layer.
        • Data Layer:
          • Deals with the organization’s data assets, including their structure, storage, and management.
          • It defines how data is used and shared across the organization.
        • Technology Layer (Infrastructure Layer):
          • Covers the underlying hardware, software, and network infrastructure that supports the application and data layers.
          • It defines the physical and virtual components of the IT environment.
