About

The Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), or Royal Saudi Navy, is the maritime branch of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces.

Its primary role is to protect Saudi territorial waters, ensure freedom of navigation, and safeguard commercial sea routes.

The RSNF operates two fleets: the Eastern Fleet in the Arabian Gulf and the Western Fleet in the Red Sea.

Scope Of Work

This project centered on delivering a comprehensive COBIT 5 Foundation workshop and training to 15 employees of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).

The core objective was to immerse participants in the foundational principles, concepts, and enablers of the COBIT 5 framework, providing them with a structured approach to IT governance and management.

This initiative aimed to foster a standardized understanding of IT control objectives, risk management, and value delivery within the RSNF, ultimately enhancing their capability to align IT with strategic objectives and improve overall operational effectiveness in a mission-critical environment.
